Start by placing it on your throat at the collar bone. Glide up towards the jawline. Gently, but firmly, roll the jade roller up your neck, taking it up and out at your jawline. Repeat this step 3 - 5 times, and on the left and right sides of your forehead. For some extra TLC, place the large barrel of your jade roller sideways in the middle of your forehead. Slowly roll your jade roller out towards your temple.
